Your main goal is to help us boost sales by reaching out to School Principals, Trustees and Decision makers and line up meetings for our feet-on-street. As Business Callers, you are responsible for engaging prospects entirely over the phone, you also might have to answer certain basic queries in regard to our product and services on which you will be handsomely trained by our subject matter experts.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Making calls and briefly explaining STEM concepts offered by the company.
  • Confirming meetings for Sales functionaries and Top management
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Taking and processing special information mentioned by clients.
  • Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis,
  • Helping sales in sending proposals (If required)
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements (This could be added to your KPIs at a later stage as you acquire deep skills)

KPI - Should average 70 to 80 calls per day and get 4 to 5 daily appointments.

The Candidate should have experience selling products to Schools for at least 2 - 3 years and overall experience of at least 5 years in Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create a pipeline for Institutional sales by targeting B2B customers.
  • Managing sales and service for brands owned or managed by the company across various Government and Private institutes.
  • Preparing sales and distribution plan for the quarterly & yearly and implementing the same successfully.
  • Responsible for managing and achieving sales and collection targets.
  • Increasing market reach and penetration amongst B2B distribution networks.
