One wrong move puts the bin off target. Precision is the whole game.

You're not driving this car you're building the intelligence that does. On a real F1-style track, your self-driving car uses sensors and vision to read the track, detect obstacles and make its own decisions at every corner.
Get the tuning right, and it follows every curve, avoids obstacles and races to the finish. Get it wrong, and it drifts off track or stalls mid-race. Once the run begins, there's no correcting it your car is on its own.
